Each book is $22.50 (plus tax) + $2 each for Shipping and Handling.
The profit margins for book writers are extremely small so Shipping & Handling fees help offset that cost from eating into profit margins while providing you with a signed copy (and bookmark!). Though I do have ways to save on shipping, see below…
